About This Proposal

A three-day summit built to leave no attendee behind, regardless of experience.

This is the formal response to our conversation on April 14. It outlines the event structure, audience tiers, speaker fee, and everything required to deliver a Bahamas AI summit that lives up to what the audience deserves.

Your audience is informed, eager, and tired of AI content that refuses to get practical. You told us the last event they attended spent too much time on backstory and too little time on substance. Attendees left feeling they had paid for a promise that never arrived.

We are building the opposite of that. Every session ends with the attendee holding something they can use the next morning. Every workflow is pre-built and handed over live. Every tier, from beginner to advanced, walks away with proof that their investment was worth it, and a clear reason to come back for the next one.

This is also designed as the pilot for a recurring format. Successful execution in Nassau creates the template to run the same summit across other Caribbean islands and South Florida on a quarterly cadence. This proposal is the first of what we expect to be several.

The investment structure reflects that long-term view: a reduced, flat speaker rate for this first engagement, with the understanding that HG Consultancy, The Foundation, and Asmal Digital are aligning as long-term partners, not a one-off booking.

Event Specifications

The structure, in full.

Timed for the tail of the Bahamian low season, when hotel rates are most favourable. Morning programming only, so attendees enjoy the afternoons and evenings in the city they came to see.

Thursday to Saturday. First week of October, the tail of the slow tourism season, when hotel rates are at their lowest before sporting events lift occupancy.

Thursday to Saturday. Second week of October. Still favourable hotel rates before November sporting and Thanksgiving travel picks up.

Continental breakfast and networking from 8:30am. Sessions 9:00am to 11:45am. Lunch 11:45am to 12:45pm. Closing session ends by 2:00pm. Afternoons free for leisure and informal conversation.

A suggestion, not a requirement. This structure ensures the beginner who has never opened Claude and the advanced user already building agents both leave with their money's worth, while giving executives a premium path for direct time. HG Consultancy is welcome to adjust, collapse, or expand the tiers as local market conditions dictate. Pricing for each tier is set by HG.

Foundation Day 1 only

For first-time AI users, small business owners, and community members starting from zero.

Day one is designed so a complete beginner walks out with five working Claude workflows installed on their own account. No jargon, no assumptions. The goal is to convert unfamiliarity into confidence in a single morning.

Application Days 1 and 2

For business owners, employees, solopreneurs, and intermediate users ready to apply AI to real work.

Everything in Foundation plus a full second day focused on applying AI to the four leverage points of a business: marketing, sales, operations, and customer service. Ends with a hands-on build session where each attendee leaves with a workflow they designed.

Builder Full 3-day summit

For advanced users, agency owners, and anyone ready to go from AI user to AI builder.

All three days, including the advanced day reserved for agents, automation, and revenue-generating stacks. Every Builder attendee leaves with a written 90-day roadmap and a complete Claude-first operating setup.

Corporate 3-Pack For businesses sending their team

Three Builder tier seats for one company, at a rate businesses can justify for staff development.

The cleanest way for local businesses to upskill two or three team members at once. Includes one AI Operator's Handbook per attendee and priority seating at workshop sessions.

VIP Executive Intensive Capped at 10 seats

For executives and senior decision-makers who want direct time with Muhammad.

Full three-day summit access plus three private VIP afternoons (2:30pm to 4:00pm) in a closed room. Day one audits their current stack, day two builds their highest-leverage workflow, day three delivers a personal 1:1 build session. Includes the signed AI Operator's Handbook and the 23 Workflows card deck.

Pricing Notes for HG Consultancy

A few light suggestions as HG finalises ticket pricing.

  • Foundation tier. An accessible, low-barrier entry price gets first-time AI users in the room. Churches, small business owners, and community members who might otherwise hesitate. These attendees often convert to Builder tier at the next event once they see the value.
  • Application and Builder tiers. The gap between Application and Builder should clearly reflect the extra day of advanced content. A 50 to 70% step-up is common at summits of this format.
  • Corporate 3-Pack. Pricing the bundle below 3x individual Builder encourages companies to send two or three team members at once. Consider a 15 to 20% discount off three individual Builder seats.
  • VIP Executive Intensive. This tier carries the real premium. With the 10-seat cap, private afternoon sessions, and 1:1 build time with Muhammad, comparable executive AI consulting runs multiple thousands per hour in the US market. Pricing this well above Builder is expected and defensible. Recent comparable events have positioned VIP at 4x to 8x the general admission price.

This is an estimate, not a quote. Actual spend will likely fall between $6,500 and $9,500 depending on flight rates at booking time, hotel availability, sponsorship coverage, and currency movement. HG retains full control of supplier selection and can flex this number up or down.

Package A is a single fixed number. Package B is the speaker fee plus actual supplier costs, which vary by booking timing.

Payment Schedule

Three tranches, paced to the event.

Structured so HG Consultancy commits incrementally as the event approaches. No back-end billing, no post-event invoicing. Once the event closes, the engagement is closed.

Payment schedule shown for Package A ($17,500 all-inclusive). Package B follows the same 40 / 40 / 20 split applied to the $10,000 speaker fee only, with travel booked and paid by HG on its own timing.

Terms & Requirements

The fine print, out in the open.

Dates & cancellation

Dates are locked on receipt of the signing deposit. Cancellation by HG Consultancy within 60 days of the event forfeits the deposit. Force majeure clauses apply both ways and trigger a rescheduling, not a refund.

Venue & technical

The venue must provide:

  • Stage with lapel microphone and stand-by handheld
  • Projector with HDMI, plus confidence monitor for Muhammad
  • Reliable wifi rated for 300 concurrent connections
  • Power at every attendee seat where possible
  • Separate VIP breakout room for the afternoon sessions

Marketing assets

Asmal Digital delivers logo kit, headshots, speaker bio, one promo video, three social posts, and one email for your list within 14 days of signing. HG Consultancy owns execution across radio, web, and in-market channels.

Recording & IP

HG Consultancy may record for internal archive and attendee replay. Commercial redistribution or re-sale of recordings requires written consent. All curriculum, workflows, slides, and printed materials remain the intellectual property of Asmal Digital.

Book & product sales

HG Consultancy provides a sale table at the venue for Asmal Digital's programs and merchandise during all three event days. Sales are processed by Asmal Digital. No fee charged by HG Consultancy for table space.
