This is the formal response to our conversation on April 14. It outlines the event structure, audience tiers, speaker fee, and everything required to deliver a Bahamas AI summit that lives up to what the audience deserves.

A flat rate structure either way. The only variable is whether HG Consultancy wants one all-inclusive number, or a speaker fee plus direct travel bookings. HG keeps 100% of ticket revenue in both packages.
The discounted speaker fee covers three days of live delivery, pre-event curriculum development, the AI Operator's Handbook (print-ready), the summit workbook, the 23 Workflows card deck, and all marketing assets listed below.
Travel and accommodation are handled via one of the two packages opposite. Either package works for Asmal Digital.
One number. No travel admin, no supplier bookings for HG. Asmal Digital books and covers flights, hotel, ground transport, and meals.
HG Consultancy books and pays for flights, hotel, ground transport, and meals directly with suppliers. Useful if HG has existing hotel partnerships, sponsor coverage, or supplier relationships to draw on.
This is an estimate, not a quote. Actual spend will likely fall between $6,500 and $9,500 depending on flight rates at booking time, hotel availability, sponsorship coverage, and currency movement. HG retains full control of supplier selection and can flex this number up or down.
Package A is a single fixed number. Package B is the speaker fee plus actual supplier costs, which vary by booking timing.
Structured so HG Consultancy commits incrementally as the event approaches. No back-end billing, no post-event invoicing. Once the event closes, the engagement is closed.
Payment schedule shown for Package A ($17,500 all-inclusive). Package B follows the same 40 / 40 / 20 split applied to the $10,000 speaker fee only, with travel booked and paid by HG on its own timing.
Everything you need to market the event and deliver it at a professional standard. The burden of content development does not fall on HG Consultancy.
The operational and marketing delivery live with HG Consultancy and The Foundation. This keeps the event rooted in local networks and local trust.
Dates are locked on receipt of the signing deposit. Cancellation by HG Consultancy within 60 days of the event forfeits the deposit. Force majeure clauses apply both ways and trigger a rescheduling, not a refund.

Asmal Digital delivers logo kit, headshots, speaker bio, one promo video, three social posts, and one email for your list within 14 days of signing. HG Consultancy owns execution across radio, web, and in-market channels.
HG Consultancy may record for internal archive and attendee replay. Commercial redistribution or re-sale of recordings requires written consent. All curriculum, workflows, slides, and printed materials remain the intellectual property of Asmal Digital.
HG Consultancy provides a sale table at the venue for Asmal Digital's programs and merchandise during all three event days. Sales are processed by Asmal Digital. No fee charged by HG Consultancy for table space.
