A $3,500 USD base retainer plus 15% of gross ticket revenue. Paid in line with the deposit schedule below. Business class return flight from Johannesburg to Nassau, four nights hotel accommodation, ground transport, and meals are covered separately by HG Consultancy.
Travel is solo. No additional speakers travel under this agreement. Local co-speakers are sourced and compensated by HG Consultancy.

Scenarios exclude VIP ticket contribution. 10 VIP seats at $1,750 add $17,500 to gross revenue in each scenario.
Structured so HG Consultancy only commits the full base fee as the event approaches. The revenue share is calculated on gross ticket sales and paid after event close.
Everything you need to market the event and deliver it at a professional standard. The burden of content development does not fall on HG Consultancy.
The operational and marketing delivery live with HG Consultancy and The Foundation. This keeps the event rooted in local networks and local trust.
Dates are locked on receipt of the signing deposit. Cancellation by HG Consultancy within 60 days of the event forfeits the deposit. Force majeure clauses apply both ways and trigger a rescheduling, not a refund.

Asmal Digital delivers logo kit, headshots, speaker bio, one promo video, three social posts, and one email for your list within 14 days of signing. HG Consultancy owns execution across radio, web, and in-market channels.
HG Consultancy may record for internal archive and attendee replay. Commercial redistribution or re-sale of recordings requires written consent. All curriculum, workflows, slides, and printed materials remain the intellectual property of Asmal Digital.
HG Consultancy provides a sale table at the venue for Asmal Digital's programs and merchandise during all three event days. Sales are processed by Asmal Digital. No fee charged by HG Consultancy for table space.
T-90 days: dates locked, marketing assets delivered. T-60 days: handbook print-ready. T-30 days: final curriculum locked, workbook print-ready. T-14 days: rehearsal call. T-1 day: Muhammad arrives Nassau.
